The combination of a safe, peaceful neighborhood, a fully equipped house including all the amenities you would have at home with direct access to the garden and the walkway right outside, as well as a private working area.

The center of Athens is 15-20 minutes away by car, and the closest bus station is 1 minute away on foot.

The apartment was built in the 1950s and was totally renovated in 2005 and refurbished in 2022.

Walls are of 60cm thick, automatically insulating the house from hot and cold weather, keeping a cool temperature inside all year round.

Although seldom needed, there are air conditioners in the bedrooms as well as ceiling fans, and central heating for the winter.

The house consists of three bedrooms:

The Master bedroom is equipped with a queen-sized bed, providing a comfortable and spacious sleeping arrangement.

The second bedroom, features a queen-sized bed, ideal for couples or individuals seeking extra room.

The third bedroom is furnished with two single beds, perfect for children or additional guests.

Two of the bedrooms have access to one balcony. Exiting the bedroom area, we have developed a training room with a treadmill, on days you may not prefer to walk or run towards the local hill and enjoy the sun.

The second balcony can be accessed through the training room.

Living and Dining room

The central entrance comes into the living and dining room.

There is a family piano on the left, and the living room is decorated with gravures of old Athens.

We have installed a modern 65-inch TV with Home Cinema, couches and armchairs, ample space for all to spend time watching they favorite pastime.

A large dining room for family and friends is on the other side of the room when you invite guests.

One overwhelming advantage of the house is the front sunny private veranda right on the front garden, with a large family table for six – potentially more – and the BBQ on the side of the house.

The Kitchen

The kitchen is very large with a built-in everyday breakfast table, large refrigerator, 90cm oven, 4 gas cookers, rubbish grinder, dish washer, clothes washer and dryer, multiple storing areas, everything guests need to be comfortable and feel at home.
